Edgewater building application deemed 'flawed'

EDGEWATER — The appellate division of the New Jersey Superior Court voided an application to build a nine-story residential development across from Veterans Field on July 1, calling the Zoning Board of Adjustment's approval of the plan two years ago "legally flawed."

Preliminary work set at Quanta site
