Englewood Cliffs police say 12 vials of cocaine, 162 bags of heroin and $1,700 seized

Newark residents Tiffany Reyes, 19, Jonathan Rivera, 20, and Manuel Nieves, 23, are charged with distribution of heroin and cocaine, Chief Michael Cioffi said. They were taken to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Shifts in demographics and power usher in the new year

Supporters, opponents of LG headquarters see victory in judges' ruling

A three-judge appellate panel ruled Wednesday that Englewood Cliffs’ zoning board failed to take into account the impact LG Electronics USA’s proposed 143-foot building would have on the surrounding area – particularly the Palisades cliffs – and sent the matter back to the borough for further consideration.
