Son of an Englewood Cliffs councilwoman accused of robbing, assaulting NYC cab driver, police say

Justin Oh, 22, was charged with robbery by force and theft of services and released on $25,000 bail, deputy Englewood Police Chief Lawrence Suffern said Wednesday.
