Featured are Kai Chen of Dumont, and Anthony Costanzo and Raymond Cywinski of Demarest. In response to this citizen oversight, Demarest Mayor James Carroll (also a County Freeholder) is quoted: "The only other person who spent that much time videotaping me was my mommy."
