BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. - Karen Sudol of The Record has written an article about citizens who videotape their local government officials' public meetings. Featured are Kai Chen of Dumont, and Anthony Costanzo and Raymond Cywinski of Demarest. In response to this citizen oversight, Demarest Mayor James Carroll (also a County Freeholder) is quoted: "The only other person who spent that much time videotaping me was my mommy."
